Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in every purchase from 4 Cats & Dogs Home Furnishings. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in as-new condition, with all original packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage not due to shipping may not be eligible for return.Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Vacuum-packed textile products (including foam beds) once opened, unless the vacuum seal remains fully intact
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to furniture items to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products and will always work to resolve any issues promptly.
If your order arrives damaged:
- At delivery: Please refuse the shipment and note “Damaged Upon Arrival” with the carrier
- After delivery: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage
Once verified, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the affected item or component
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
Important:
4 Cats & Dogs reserves the right to repair or replace damaged or defective items as the primary resolution method.All return shipping costs are covered for verified damage or defect claims.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
If a return is not eligible for a full refund, or if items do not meet return conditions, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
