Pre-Orders

When you purchase an item marked as a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Full payment is collected at the time your order is placed.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order enters the fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, please contact info@4catsndogs.com with your order number.

Once an order has been marked as fulfilled and a shipping label has been created, the order can no longer be cancelled, even if the carrier has not yet collected the package.

If you no longer wish to keep an order after it has entered fulfillment, it will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy once received.

Estimated availability and shipping dates provided for pre-order items are estimates and may be subject to change due to production, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
